Adedipupo, popularly called “Dipo”, by colleagues and mentees, told our correspondent that the secret of his growth is continuous learning, grit and the desire to deliver exceptional results consistently. Dipo also led Gracesprings Ministries, Midrand, Johannesburg (an expression of Fountain of Life Church, Lagos, Nigeria), with a congregation of over three hundred active members from various sectors of South Africa, at the time of his tenure as Residing Pastor. Adedipupo led the church for twelve years and he remains a source of inspiration to thousands of people across South Africa and Nigeria. The ministry engaged in various philanthropic projects across South Africa. They have successfully completed projects that ensured the needy were fed, blanket drives during winter, and with the support of other skilled members and partners, trained hundreds of South Africans on economically useful soft skills. Adedipupo has won several notable awards in South Africa including the Most Outstanding Facilitator and Communicator Award and Milton Taka-Award of Commendation.
For Dipo, it is easier to live a life someone else tells you to live because then, you have someone to blame if or when things go wrong. There is no easy path to success. The ones who achieve true success know that life is not about making life easier, it is about making yourself stronger. And the only way to get yourself stronger is to start living your life like you are the main character of your own story. It means to stop sitting on the sidelines, letting life go by and getting on the court and giving everything your best shot.
