Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state has appealed to the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the last election, Peter Obi, to support President Bola Tinubu in tackling the challenges facing the country.
Ibrahim Addra, the Chief Press Secretary to the governor said in a statement, that Governor Sule made the appeal when Obi paid him a courtesy visit at the Government House, Lafia.
The Governor noted that there is time for politics and time for governance, and he asked Obi to tap into his wealth of experience and expertise to support the Tinubu administration in the task of building a secure and prosperous country.
He said;
“I want to also call on you Sir to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The country’s challenges cannot be resolved by one person only. We all have roles to play.”
