Nigerians have raised alarm on social media about alleged illegal activities of the government of Dubai.
According to information gathered, some Nigerians who travelled to Dubai were detained at the airport and their passports seized.
A Twitter user, @dunchichi said she got released through the help of her sister.
She said she doesn’t know the fate of other Nigerians currently being detained for no just reason.
In a video she shared online, some Nigerians were seen demanding answers after their passports were seized without explanation.
Others are seen sitting in an empty area as they waited to know their fate.

The lady who shared the video revealed that her sister later picked her up from immigration after a “tedious process” but other Nigerians who didn’t have anyone in the country were not released.
