Recall that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) had extended the deadline for depositing the old naira notes to the banks till February 10, 2023, but aside that, lots of customers have been having issues accessing their funds in various accounts across the country.

One of such banks that have been giving its customers headache and so much pain is Access Bank PLC, as one of its customers went unclad in the banking hall.

In a viral video, the customer has been having issues accessing her account and had to go visit a branch of the bank where she was left wailing as the bank gave her excuse that was not pleasing to her ears.

In the video, the woman was heard saying in Yoruba, “Close my account, I am no longer using it again. Refund my money, I am no longer using the account again, my child did not go to school yesterday.”

The whole ugly response from the bank made the customer go on rampage in the banking hall as she took off her clothes, demanding that the bank close her account as she has not been able to make withdrawal to even pay her child’s school fees.

Many are hoping that these issues of either failed transactions or lack of money in the various ATM will be resolved soon as banks have been giving various excuses that there are no funds to dispense.
