In the Czech Republic, Rafiu Durosinmi scored twice and added an assist to lead Viktoria Plzen to a 6-2 victory over Pardubice.

Only Sparta Prague’s Lukáš Haraslín (6 goals) has more goals than Durosinmi’s five in the Czech Super Liga.

In Denmark, Stephen Odey’s 34th-minute strike was not enough, as Randers were held to a 1-1 draw by AGF.

Akor Adams could not find the net as Montpellier played to a goalless draw with Rennes in a French Ligue 1 meeting.

In Germany, Victor Boniface scored twice to guide Bayer Leverkusen to a 4-1 home win over Heidenheim. Boniface now has eight goals and three assists in seven games across all competitions for Xabi Alonso’s men.

In the Italian Serie A, Tyronne Ebuehi played the full 90 minutes, but Empoli lost 1-0 to Inter Milan.

At the Gewiss Stadium, Ademola Lookman scored for the second straight game to help Atalanta win 2-0 against Cagliari.

It was a day to forget for Victor Osimhen as he missed a second-half penalty during Napoli’s deflating goalless draw at Bologna.

In Scotland, Cyriel Dessers scored his first league goal for Rangers, powering them to a 1-0 victory over Motherwell.

Umar Sadiq started for Real Sociedad and contributed to their thrilling 4-3 win over Getafe in the Spanish La Liga.

In Sweden, Abel Ogwuche provided two assists, and Henry Offia scored his fifth goal of the season as Trelleborgs won 3-2 away at Utsikten.

Over to the United States, where Obinna Nwobodo assisted one of the goals in Cincinnati’s 3-0 triumph over Charlotte in the MLS.

William Agada scored a crucial goal for Sporting KC in their 2-1 win over Houston Dynamo.

Tani Oluwaseyi scored one and assisted another in San Antonio’s 4-0 win over Orange County SC in the USL Championship.

In Turkey, Fenerbahce returned to the top of the Super Lig table with a 1-0 away win at Alanyaspor, with Bright Osayi-Samuel featuring for 78 minutes.

Kenneth Omeruo and Kasimpasa claimed a hard-fought 2-1 win against Adana Demirspor, who ended the match with ten men at the Recep Tayyip Erdogan Stadium.

Chidozie Awaziem and Bruno Onyemaechi tasted their first defeat of the season as ten-man Boavista crumbled to a 4-1 defeat away to SC Braga in Portugal.
