INEC Chairman is determined to rig this election – Dino Melaye

Dino Melaye, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, has called out the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Mahmood Yakubu, who he accused of colluding with the ruling party to rig the 2023 presidential election. 

Melaye who spoke to journalists after he and other party agents staged a walkout from the National Collation Center, said Yakubu has been trying to insinuate that they are just there to watch what he and the ruling All Progressives Congress allegedly “”prepared” without having any input.

He also said that the INEC Chairman has refused to direct state returning officers to ensure that the results they are announcing are uploaded. He said this is because the uploaded results will not tally with the one announced.
