The report shows how a criminal network – which includes 13 foreign nationals and 13 South Africans spanning Gauteng, Limpopo, Kwazulu-natal, Eastern Cape, Western Cape

and Mpumalanga – weaved itself into Home Affairs using corrupt officials.
