Willie Obiano has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the Muritala Muhammed International Airport.
This happened on Thursday night, only hours after he handed over to Chukwuma Soludo, the new Governor of Anambra state.
Obiano was travelling to Houston, Texas.
