Amid her newfound relationship, Sonia Ighalo is still speaking out on her divorce from her estranged husband and father of her kids, Jude Ighalo.

In a post on her Instagram story, Sonia revealed that she separated from Jude in 2019, but got back with him in 2021, and pulled the plug in 2022 without his signature.

She claimed that the footballer crawled back again to her and she accepted because of the kids. According to her, they kept their relationship private because of his family and she was traveling back and forth with the kids between Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Nigeria.

The mother of three claimed that Jude didn’t want his family to know about their reconciliation because he feared they would wreck it and as such she divorced him.

Wishing her successor good luck, she wrote,

“Separated 2019.
Got back 2021
I Divorced him in 2022
(Without his signature).

They crawled back again.
I said OK for the sake of our children. We’ve been doing it low-key (Despite their foolish display on IG with different women).

I was doing Saudi, Dubai, and Naija with the kids to see him. But he didn’t want his family to know Cos they would REINFORCE spiritually to separate us – He said”

Since he was scared to let Mama know I’m happily back with my family, I’m like FUCK OFF bro. I no fit break covenant wey u bi dey there him enter.

Good luck to my successor”.

This is coming hours after she announced on social media that she has found love again. She shared a photo of her lover, whose face she covered with emoji, as she gushed over him.

Writing in French, she stated that her man has given her the confidence to believe in love again after the many disappointments she went through.

Recall that Sonia Ighalo and Jude Ighalo got married in 2009 but separated in 2020 after 10 years of marriage. Since their separation, the couple have been embroiled in social media drama as Sonia hasn’t refrained from taking shots at him.

Giving a hint to their split, she had accused BBNaija’s Uriel Oputa of sleeping with Jude Ighalo, which Uriel refuted.

The mother of 3 had gone on to shade his alleged new girlfriend, as she avowed that various sexual styles can’t keep a man and she would end up like others before her.

Recently, Sonia had resumed dragging him after he replied to an Instagram user urging him not to take her back.

The mother of his kids had earlier thrown a shade at him referring to him as a narcissist, with claims that the footballer was hoping that she would come back and now is panicking.

An Instagram user had taken to his comment section of the footballer, urging him to never beg her. The footballer had replied that he had no hope of going back to her, a statement which didn’t sit well with Sonia who filthy dragged him.

In another post, she recounted the help she tendered to him and his family, claiming that she was the one who facilitated his relocation to the UK and also helped his older brother to relocate as well.

Sonia revealed that Jude has yet to let her go, even though she is in a relationship. She also spilled on how he told her about the series of women he has dated which includes a BBNaija star, an actress, and a DJ.
