At Tinubu’s pre-inaguration event, veteran singer Inetimi Odon, well known as Timaya, thrills the crowd by singing his popular song “As e dey sweet us, e dey pain them.”

An online video captured the moment the well-known dance hall performer sent fans and supporters flying with his thrilling performance.

Odumodu Blvck rejects request to perform at Tinubu’s inauguration

Up-and-coming rapper, Odumodu Blvck, has revealed that he denied an invitation to play at President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s inauguration.

The musician, best known for his hit ‘Declan Rice,’ revealed this information in a tweet that has since been deleted.

Odumodu Blvck disclosed in a tweet on Thursday, May 25, that the inauguration team approached him about performing at the ceremony on May 29, but he declined.

He further expressed that they should have conducted proper research before contacting him, hinting that he does not align with the president-elect’s ideals.

“They tried to get me to perform at the inauguration, they did not do their research,” he wrote in the now-deleted tweet.
