The former Everton ace got a brace and an assist for Atalanta to hammer Salernitana 8-2 in Serie A. The winger has now banged in nine goals to be the second leading scorer in the league, just three goals short of compatriot and fellow Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen. Atalanta are also pushing their way back to the top-4 in Serie A with 34 points from 14 matches, three points behind fourth-placed Inter Milan.

1.Victor Osimhen

The Super Eagles star striker was again in his element as Napoli stayed on course for a third Scudetto after they humbled nearest rivals Juventus 5-1 in a match-up between the top two teams in the league. It was a Statement win for Napoli. Osimhen remains the leading scorer in the Italian top league as a result and Napoli are nine points clear of reigning champions AC Milan. Should both club and player sustain such awesome form, there will be no stopping them for winning the Serie A crown this season.
